We ask that clients call in advance to make an appointment to afford you free reign over our tranquil, private, 1000 square foot showroom, access to our full range of frame samples, and the undivided attention of the sales staff.  We are happy to assist in making delivery arrangements to ensure your art has safely arrived on the premises prior to your appointment. No job is too complex, too large or too small.  We treat every object, regardless of its market value, as if it is priceless.

Surprising as it may be to our first-time clients, selection of the frame comprises only a portion of your showroom experience.  A tour through the facility takes you past windows into our production studio and clean room to witness each step of the framing process.  Sales staff reviews the condition of your art and address any concerns you might have, sometimes in consult with a conservation professional on site. Depending on your home or exhibition parameters, the professional, knowledgeable sales staff will specify options based on light levels, media sensitivity, size and weight limitations, and object condition.  We will thoroughly review the specifics of GK framing methods using sample materials so that you understand why our work is far superior to industry standards.

GK sales staff uses their highly tuned aesthetic sensibility, grounded in art historical knowledge, to present informed and flattering frame options that enrich the art without upstaging it. From refurbishing period frames to designing new frame profiles, the sales and production staff ensure that the job is executed beyond perfection, keeping a sharp eye out for details that frequently escape the review process at other framers.  Every order at GK is a custom product, cut and assembled according to exacting proportions. 

Depending upon your project, the framing process can take several weeks or months to complete. Your sales associate will keep you updated on completion times and ensure that the finished product is exactly as you expected it to be. Upon completion, you will be escorted into the private showroom for an unveiling and approval, at which time we can assist with setting up deliveries and shipments, in and outside of the city. If you would prefer to take the piece home yourself in our specially designed wrapping, we will help to hail you a cab and make sure you have the proper hanging hardware.

Site visits to your location help to establish and enhance our relationship with clients. We regularly meet clients in their home or company site to consult on large-scale or special projects. In-home appointments are essential for clients who require the utmost discretion as well.
